The Process

When applying for an opportunity found on our website, make sure you meet all the requirements for that position. Once received your CV, along with a professional headshot and showreel, if applicable, our consultants will get back to you as soon as possible.
 

Interview

We will contact you after receiving your application to inform you about the position you are applying for, invite you to an interview/casting/audition, or if we need more information/showreel, etc.

Contract Offer

Following your interview, if offered a contract, we will send you all the necessary information, including details about the services we assist with (pre-employment paperwork, medical, visas, STCW training, etc.).

Lighting Technician

Full Time – Cruise Ships 

Requirements:

Good knowledge of modern lighting control systems (GrandMA) as well as repairing standard lighting equipment, particularly moving lights
Experience in programming lighting for special events and performances by guest artists.

Stage Technician

Full Time – Cruise Ships 

Requirements:
Completed specialist training in events technology, with the focus on sound equipment, or a related qualification.
Experience as a mixer / operating sound technician for theatre/musical/show

productions. Experience in monitor mixing.

Very good knowledge of modern analogue and digital sound control systems (Digico, Yamaha, Cadac, Avid, Soundcraft) as well as repairing standard sound equipment.

Rigger

Full Time – Cruise Ships 

Requirements:

High degree of theatrical or entertainment rigging proficiency

Circus, Cirque, or other aerialist experience; experience working with performer flying and rigging systems a must

Proven track record in rigging, safety, inspections, and maintenance reporting

Assist with daily inspections and pre-checks of all flying equipment, including motors, winches, cables, hardware, and harnesses

Musical Supervisor

Full Time – Cruise Ships 

We are currently seeking Musical Supervisors onboard cruise ships, responsible for the coordination, planning, and supervision of the musicians, and guest artist activities, in particular for the artistic-musical supervision and development of all musical formats in the Entertainment Department.

 

Requirements:

Responsible for the disciplinary supervision of all musicians in the Entertainment department and all related administrative duties.

Responsible for the artistic and content related supervision of all musicians, singers of the ensemble, and all music related activities.

Responsible contact person for guest artists in all music-related matters.
